Who We Are: Thomas & Eva, Co-Founders of e-dno Consulting Ltd
We’re Thomas and Eva, the proud co-founders of e-dno Consulting. Together, we’re combining our diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skills to deliver innovative solutions to businesses seeking grid connections and green technology infrastructure upgrades.
Before we started e-dno Consulting, we each had careers in industries that might seem worlds apart, but when you look closer, you’ll see how perfectly our complementary skills align in this venture.
Thomas has a solid foundation in motorsport engineering, having worked on high-tech electric race cars and led a team focused on electric vehicle (EV) charging and technical operations. From designing wiring systems and managing complex support teams to overseeing major EV fleet projects for global companies like Tesco, Amazon, and DHL, he’s accumulated years of knowledge and hands-on expertise. His career shifted toward the technical design and sales side of EV charging and solar installation solutions, which sparked his interest in solving some of the pain points businesses face when upgrading their energy infrastructure.
Eva, on the other hand, came from a successful business background, managing clients and coaching them to achieve their goals. After shifting her focus to optics, she quickly rose through the ranks, where she honed her skills in leadership, customer service, and operations. Eva’s meticulous attention to detail and ability to drive performance led her to improve stock availability, boost conversion rates, and build a highly efficient team—skills that are key to the way we approach business today.
When we met, we realized our shared passion for making complex challenges simple and our drive to create solutions that benefit both businesses and the environment. Through many discussions, brainstorms and a lot of research, we decided to start e-dno Consulting. The result is a family-run business built on three core values: Transparency, Evolution, and Relationships. These values are the foundation of how we do business and how we build lasting partnerships with our clients.
